* It was decided that next year 2011 the West Side will be using a new contactor for snow removal- the new company has not yet been decided but as soon as the bids are approved we will let you know.

* Just a friendly reminder to PLEASE PLACE ALL TRASH BAGS TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE DUMPSTER. There seems to be an issue with trash building up in the front of the dumpster and then ending up on the ground in front

* Pet Waste- The pet waste problem seems to come and go. We will be placing Pet Stations around the community. We are hoping this will encourage those who do not pick up after their dog to start and to those who do make this more convenient

* We have several owners that are looking to replace their windows. We are trying to get a group discount so if anyone is interested please send email heather@pcfmanagement.com and hopefully we can get enough people to get a good discount.

* We have finally received the Audit. Copies are available at the Management Office

*On the East side of the property there have been some concern regarding security. If you see anything suspicious or people hanging around that do not belong please contact the police. The non-emergency number is 301-279-8000 or Gaithersburg's direct line is 240-773-5700.

* The clubhouse is now available to rent for special occasions, please contact the Management Office for further details
